Responsibilities

? Plan, organize, control and direct Asia Pacific transportation , distribution, warehouse operations at the lowest cost and sustainable service levelcheap straighteners

? Develop logistic strategies and supply chain initiatives for Asia. Support the attainment of plant/regional level freight budgets and cost reduction goals
? Liaise with strategic sourcing team, plant buyer/planer team , customer service team and manufacturing to ensure the cross-functional cost reduction projects are implemented with appropriate resource and management support
? Develop and optimize Asia supply chain processes/procedures , the scope covers global productive material flow and finished product distribution, and involve the functions of planning, purchasing , logistics and customer servicechi pink dazzle
? Conduct logistic network design and service level agreement negotiation with 3rd party logistic providers
? Manage and drive KPI , metrics of OTD(on time delivery) , COS(continuity of supply) and the inventory turns improvement in Asia
? Establish and maintain all Export/Import guidelines, policies, procedures to ensure 100% trade compliance.
? After Market Asia Global Hub initiative and RFP (Request for Proposal)
? VMI proposal and implementation program leader, continuously improve inventory turns.
? Packaging material sourcing and loading optimization
Achievements:
? Deliver 5% Gross productivity. Reduce the air freight cost by 80%, annual savings $500k for a plant by optimizing the planning and purchase process and create air authorization process.
? As core team member, successfully transfer two plants from Japan and Luoyang to Middle east Chinachi hair straightener
? Carry out $2 million working capital improvement by implementing VMI/Consignment model or payment term extension with suppliers
